For founders from Seed to Series B who know that real-world evidence strategy is essential to their next step.
An 8-week engagement that produces investor-ready real-world evidence from the data you already have: a signed protocol, a single-outcome analysis, and a one-page findings summary your investors can actually use.
Talk to MagdielMost health tech founders build a great product and a compelling narrative. But somewhere between the pitch deck and the term sheet, investors start asking for real-world evidence. Most founders don't have it in a form that survives diligence.
(And by then, it's too late to build it from scratch. You're negotiating valuation with a gap where your proof should be.)
Most founders scramble. They pull whatever data exists, format it quickly, and hope it holds up under scrutiny. It often doesn't. Investors who were interested start asking harder questions. Timelines extend. Valuations take a haircut.
The evidence was always there. The problem is it was never packaged in a way that survives investor diligence, because no one built the system to do that from the beginning.
The founders who close faster aren't always the ones with better data. They're the ones whose data tells a cleaner story.
For example…
These are just a few examples of what changes when your evidence is packaged before diligence begins. Together, we build the proof your investors need and leave you the system to produce it again next time.
Introducing
A fixed-scope engagement built around four deliverables: a protocol with client sign-off, a data pull from whatever you can hand over fastest, a single-outcome analysis, and a one-page findings summary. No slide deck. No negotiated data-sharing agreements. No rehearsal calls.
What's Included
Protocol + Client Sign-Off
We define the research question, lock in one endpoint, identify the data source, and write the analysis plan. You review and sign off before anything else moves. No frameworks are built until this foundation is agreed on.
Data Pull
We work with whatever data you can hand over fastest — an existing extract, a CSV export, a report you already run — not a new negotiated data-sharing agreement. Speed matters, and we build around what you have.
Single-Outcome Analysis
We run one focused analysis against the endpoint defined in the protocol — producing a clean, defensible result in the language investors understand: efficacy, safety, or cost savings.
One-Page Findings Summary
A single page covering the research question, the key result, and what it means for investors — written to be handed over directly, without a slide deck to explain it or a rehearsal call to prepare you for it.
Investor Diligence Brief
A 1-page brief covering headline finding, methods summary, key results, and clinical or commercial implications, designed to answer the exact diligence question your lead investor is asking.
How It Works
First…
We define the research question, agree on one endpoint, identify the data source, and write the analysis plan. You review it and sign off. Nothing moves until we're aligned.
Next…
We work with whatever data you can hand over fastest: an existing extract, a CSV export, a report you already run.
And after that…
We run the single-outcome analysis against the endpoint in the protocol, producing one clean, defensible result.
With a focus on…
We write the one-page findings summary: research question, key result, and what it means. One page. Ready to hand over.
That results in…
A founder with investor-ready real-world evidence in hand: a signed protocol, a clean analysis, and a one-page summary that answers the question before an investor has to ask it.
Eight weeks. Four deliverables. Evidence your investors can actually use.

Hi, I'm Magdiel. I help Series A/B health tech founders build the real-world evidence their investors need to say yes, whether that conversation is coming soon or they're building the foundation now so it's ready when it is.
I've spent my career working at the intersection of data, strategy, and health outcomes, and I've seen firsthand what happens when health tech companies go into investor diligence without the right evidence in place. Promising products get undervalued. Raises take longer than they should. Founders scramble to produce proof that should have been built from the beginning.
My work is different because I don't start with methodology. I start with the question your investor is already asking. What do they need to see to say yes? Once we know that, everything else follows from it: the protocol, the analysis, the brief.
This work isn't theoretical. It's grounded in hands-on experience with real-world evidence methodology that holds up when a partner pushes back, when a scientific advisor asks hard questions, and when the data has to tell a story that's both rigorous and compelling.
I work alongside founders and their teams to build evidence packages that are rigorous enough to survive diligence and clear enough to move a room.
That's where I come in.
"My job is to do one thing: give you the evidence your investors need to move from interested to committed, packaged before diligence begins, not scrambled after it starts."
Whether you're heading into a raise, just closed one and want to build the evidence infrastructure the right way, or getting serious about what your RWE strategy should look like, the work starts with the questions investors ask, and ends with evidence that answers them.
Pick a time that works for you. We'll talk through where you are in your funding journey and whether the RWE Investor Readiness Sprint makes sense for you right now.
